General Settings
- Number of Rooms – how many identical rooms of this type exist. Value of 2 means two guests can book the same room type on overlapping dates.
- Subtitle – short tagline shown under the room name on the frontend. Use
*as a separator (e.g. Luxury Furniture * Mountain View * Modern Design). - Cancellation Info – cancellation policy text. Supports placeholders:
{-N}inserts number of days before check-in;{-7}inserts the calculated cancellation deadline date.
Price
Controls all pricing options for the room. The tab contains the following fields:
- Price on request – toggle switch. When enabled, no numeric price is shown to guests. Instead the room is displayed as available on request only. Useful for suites or exclusive rooms with negotiated pricing. In Customizer, you can configure the form for requesting a price when you click the “Request Price” button.
- Custom price – text field. Enter any string to replace the numeric price in the room listing (e.g. From $100 or Contact us). Leave empty to display the standard price.
- Custom price description – text field. An additional line of text displayed below the price both in the room list and on the room detail page.
- Price per night ($) – the standard base nightly rate for this room (e.g. 100). This is the default price used in availability search and booking calculations.
Conditional price — allows setting alternative nightly rates that apply on a per-day basis. If a specific day within the guest’s selected date range meets one of the defined conditions, the price for that individual day is automatically replaced with the corresponding conditional rate. Multiple conditional rules can be added to a single room.
Each rule contains two fields:
- Price ($) — the nightly rate to apply when the condition is met (e.g. 80 for Last-Minute Discount, 50 for Long Term Discount).
- Condition — a dropdown to select which condition triggers this price. Click the x icon to remove the rule.
Conditions themselves — including their logic and priority order — are managed globally in the Conditions section (accessible via the Manage conditions link). When multiple conditions apply to the same day, the one with the highest priority takes effect.
Use + Add more to add additional conditional price rules to this room.
Capacity
Capacity tab — defines guest occupancy limits for the room. Contains three fields:
- Guests — a range field with two values (min — max). Sets the minimum and maximum total number of guests allowed per booking. In the example: from 1 to 5. The frontend booking form will not allow selecting a guest count outside this range for this room.
- Max Adults — the maximum number of adult guests allowed. In the example: 4. This limit is applied separately from the total guest count, allowing you to control the adult/children ratio.
- Max Children — the maximum number of children allowed. In the example: 3. Together with Max Adults, this lets you define the composition of guests, not just the total headcount.
- Max Infants — the maximum number of infants allowed. This field is only visible if the infants guest type is enabled in the WordPress Customizer settings. When enabled, infants are tracked as a separate guest category and can be excluded from the total guest count depending on your configuration.
Note: the total guest count (Guests max) should generally equal or exceed the sum logic of adults and children. For example, with Max Adults = 4 and Max Children = 3, setting Guests max = 5 means the room fits up to 5 people total in any adult/child combination, but never more than 4 adults or more than 3 children at once.
Room Details
Details tab — defines the physical characteristics and additional attributes of the room. The list of available detail items and their types is configured globally in the Details section of the plugin. Here, on the room edit screen, you only fill in the values for this specific room. If a field is left empty or set to NO, that detail is not displayed on the frontend.
Detail fields come in four types:
- Boolean (Yes/No toggle) — a switch that marks a room attribute as present or absent. Displayed as YES/NO on the frontend. Examples in this tab:
- Entire home — indicates whether the guest rents the entire property exclusively.
- Breakfast — indicates whether breakfast is included.
- Text field — a free-text input for descriptive values. Example:
- Place — a short description of the view or location character (e.g. Sea View).
- Location dropdown — a select list linked to the locations defined in the plugin’s Locations section. Example:
- Location — assigns the room to a specific property or geographic location (e.g. Windshield, New York). Used for filtering and Similar Rooms logic.
- Numeric with label — a number field paired with a customizable text label shown next to the value on the frontend. Examples:
- Number of Bedrooms — e.g. 3 Bedrooms
- Number of Bathrooms — e.g. 1 Bathroom
- Number of Beds — the label can describe the bed type (e.g. 3 King Size)
- Room Size — the numeric area value; the label field (e.g. m²) can be left empty if not needed.
The full set of detail rows, their types, and default labels are managed in the global Details section of the theme. You can add, rename, reorder, or remove detail items there.
Features and Amenities
Features and Amenities tab — a checklist of all features and amenities available in the room. The full list of items and their grouping is configured globally in the Features section of the plugin. Here, on the room edit screen, you simply check which features are present in this specific room. Only checked items are displayed on the frontend.
- Toggle All (top) — checks or unchecks all features across all groups at once.
- Feature groups — amenities are organized into logical groups (e.g. Bathroom, Bedroom). Each group has its own Toggle All button to select or deselect all items within that group in one click.
- Individual checkboxes — each amenity is a simple checkbox. Check it if the room has this feature; leave it unchecked if not. Unchecked items are hidden on the frontend entirely.
For example, within the Bathroom group you might check: Private bathroom, Shower, Bathtub or shower, Toilet, Toilet paper, Towels, Basic toiletries, Hot water — and leave Hair dryer unchecked if it is not provided in this room.
To add, rename, reorder, or remove features or feature groups, go to the Features section of the theme. Changes there are reflected across all rooms automatically.
Extras
Extras tab — a checklist of optional services and add-ons available for this room. The full list of extras is configured globally in the Extras section of the theme. Here, on the room edit screen, you simply check which extras are available for this specific room.
When a guest books the room on the frontend, they can select any of the checked extras during the booking process. Each selected extra adds its own cost to the total booking price. Unchecked extras are not shown to the guest for this room.
- Individual checkboxes — check an extra to make it available for selection during booking. Examples of extras: Cleaning Fee, Breakfast, Parking Spot, Ski Pass, Massage.
To create, edit, set pricing, or remove extras, go to the Extras section of the theme. Changes there are reflected across all rooms where that extra is enabled.
Limits
Limits tab — defines booking restrictions specific to this room. All fields are optional. If a field is left empty, the corresponding value from the global site settings (configured in the Customizer) is used instead.
- Minimum nights for booking — the minimum number of nights a guest must book. In the example: 2. If empty, the global minimum from the site settings applies.
- Maximum nights for booking — the maximum number of nights allowed per booking. In the example: 15. If empty, the global maximum from the site settings applies.
- Booking cut-off time (hours before arrival) — how many hours before the check-in time a booking can still be made. In the example: 8, meaning a guest cannot book this room less than 8 hours before arrival. If empty, the global cut-off value from the site settings applies.
These per-room limits always take priority over the global site settings when filled in. Leave them empty to fall back to the defaults defined globally.
Layout
Layout tab — allows embedding a custom HTML block on the room detail page. HTML blocks are created and managed in the HTML Blocks section of the admin panel using Elementor. This is useful for content that is common across multiple rooms, such as hotel rules, check-in instructions, or a promo section — created once and reused on any room page.
- HTML block title — an optional text field. If filled in, the entered text is displayed as a heading above the block on the frontend. Leave empty to show the block without a title.
- Select a HTML block — a dropdown listing all available HTML blocks created in the HTML Blocks section. Select the block you want to display on this room’s page. Use the Manage html blocks link to create or edit blocks without leaving the room settings.
- Light background — a toggle switch. When enabled, the HTML block is rendered on a light background on the frontend. When disabled, the block inherits the default section background. Use this to visually separate the block from surrounding content.
Badges
Badges tab — controls the promotional labels displayed on the room card in the listing. The tab contains two system badges and a custom badges section.
Discount badge — a badge that appears automatically when the room has an active conditional price that is lower than the base price, indicating a discount is available.
- Show/Hide toggle — enables or disables the discount badge for this room.
- Badge color — a color picker to set the background color of the badge.
Available rooms badge — a badge that appears when the number of available rooms of this type is running low, creating a sense of urgency for the guest.
- Show/Hide toggle — enables or disables this badge for this room.
- Badge text — the text displayed on the badge. Use the
{N}placeholder to insert the actual number of remaining rooms dynamically (e.g. Only {N} left). - Threshold for showing — a numeric value that controls when the badge becomes visible. The badge is hidden as long as the number of available rooms exceeds this number. In the example: 3, meaning the badge only appears when 3 or fewer rooms are available.
- Badge color — a color picker for this badge’s background color.
Custom Badges — allows adding any number of fully custom badges with arbitrary text and color, for example New, Popular, or Best Value.
- Badge text — the label text to display on the badge.
- Badge color — the background color for this badge.
- + Add more — adds another custom badge row. Each room can have multiple custom badges displayed simultaneously.
Similar Rooms
Similar Rooms — a sidebar metabox that configures the “Similar Rooms” section displayed at the bottom of the room detail page. You can populate it with manually selected rooms, automatically included rooms from the same location, or a combination of both.
- Include rooms from the current room location — when checked, all other rooms assigned to the same location (hotel property) are automatically added to the similar rooms output, in addition to any manually selected rooms below.
- Rooms checklist — a list of all existing rooms. Check the ones you want to suggest as similar to this room. Unchecked rooms will not appear in the similar rooms section regardless of location settings.
- Limit — the maximum total number of similar rooms to display on the frontend. In the example: 5. If more rooms are selected or included via location than the limit allows, the output is capped at this number.
The manually selected rooms and the location-based rooms are combined into a single pool, and the Limit is then applied to that combined result.
