Conditions section — the global manager for pricing conditions used across the theme. Located in Catalog → Conditions in the admin menu. Conditions defined here are available for selection in the Conditional price rules on room edit screens and in the Extras section.
Conditions list
A sortable table of all existing conditions. The order of rows determines priority — rows higher in the list have higher priority. This matters when multiple conditions apply to the same day: the condition with the highest priority takes effect. Use drag and drop to reorder. Table columns:
- Name — the condition name as it appears in dropdowns throughout the theme (e.g. Long Term Discount, High Season, Early Bird Discount, Last-Minute Discount).
- Conditions — a summary of the criteria defined for this condition (e.g. Selected days: 30 →, Months: January, February, December, Days before arrival: → 2).
Add / Edit Condition fields
A condition is built from any combination of the following criteria. Only filled-in fields are used in the evaluation — empty fields are ignored.
- Name — the label shown in condition dropdowns on room and extra edit screens.
- Selected days — a min–max range for the total number of nights in the booking. For example, setting min to 30 triggers the condition for long stays of 30 nights or more.
- Fixed price — a toggle. When enabled, the conditional price is applied as a flat fixed amount for each matching day, regardless of any other pricing logic. When disabled, the conditional price replaces the base nightly rate normally.
- Days before arrival — a min–max range for how many days in advance the booking is made relative to the check-in date. Used to create Early Bird conditions (e.g. min 60, no max) or Last-Minute conditions (e.g. no min, max 2).
- Date (from) / Date (to) — an absolute date range. The condition applies only to bookings that fall within these calendar dates. Useful for fixed seasonal pricing (e.g. a specific holiday period).
- Guests — a min–max range for the total number of guests in the booking.
- Adults — a min–max range for the number of adults specifically.
- Children — a min–max range for the number of children specifically.
- Weekdays — select specific days of the week the condition applies to (e.g. only Friday and Saturday for weekend pricing).
- Days — select specific calendar days of the month (1–31) the condition applies to.
- Months — select specific months the condition applies to (e.g. January, February, December for a winter season rate).
- Years — select specific years the condition applies to. Useful for time-limited promotions or multi-year seasonal pricing rules.
All specified criteria within a single condition are evaluated together using AND logic — a day must match every filled-in criterion for the condition to apply. When conditions are used in room or extra pricing, the highest-priority matching condition in the list wins.
