Locations section — the global manager for hotel property locations. Located in Catalog → Locations in the admin menu. Locations are useful when the theme is used for a hotel chain or a property with multiple distinct sites. Each room can be assigned to a location via the Details tab on the room edit screen.
Locations list (right side)
A sortable table of all existing locations. Rows can be reordered via drag and drop.
Table columns:
- Name — the location name displayed on the frontend (e.g. Canggu Beach, Ubud Highlands).
- Count — the number of rooms assigned to this location.
Each row has Edit, Quick Edit, and Delete actions.
Add / Edit Location fields
- Name — the location name as it appears on the site.
- Address — the full physical address of the property. When entered, it is displayed as a tooltip when a guest hovers over the location name or icon on the room page (as shown in the frontend example: hovering over Canggu Beach reveals the full address).
Frontend usage
Once locations are defined and assigned to rooms, they appear in two places on the frontend:
- Search form — a Location dropdown is shown in the room availability search bar, allowing guests to filter rooms by property (e.g. selecting Canggu Beach before choosing dates and guests).
- Room detail page — the assigned location is displayed among the room details with its icon and name. Hovering over it reveals the address tooltip.
